PSC Workforce^® Time & Labour Management (TLM) application is fully integrated with our Payroll and Human Resources Management System to create a single-access web based platform.  This product is the most powerful Time & Labour Management service available!  Your organisation can now streamline it’s labour management via a securely hosted website.  Simply log on to www.payrollsolutionscanada.com from anywhere in the world to view timecards, schedule employees, edit time card activity, export to payroll and track accruals. This is all done without having any of the software actually installed on your computer.

PSC Workforce TLM^® also surpasses other web based application by giving you the option of adding access control systems, biometric terminals, and card reader  terminals.  PSC Workforce TLM^® can communicate with devices at your location via TCP/IP connection and a static IP address.  You can monitor and configure terminals from within the PSC Workforce TLM^® interface, making your job that much easier!

Hosted vs. Non-Hosted

PSC Workforce^® TLM application is a true client/server solution based on an Oracle 10g relational database architecture, you can expect fast response time and reliable operation at all times.

By utilizing our hosted solution and our servers, you do not have to worry about data corruption, performance degradation, updating your on-site hardware, or upgrading software.  Our servers are constantly updated, backed up, and monitored to deliver  service you can truly rely on. You choose whether you would like a hosted or non-hosted solution.  Our hosted solutions store company profiles' on our highly secure servers at Peer 1 Networks in Bristish Columbia, Canada.  All maitanence, customer support, and software updates are included.  Our integrated platform is also available in a non-hosted solution and can be locally installed within your facilities.

Cost

The PSC Workforce^® TLM application is a service, so you will be billed based on the number of employees your company is tracking.  You are also given the ability to add or remove users and features, to better help you manage your labour management cost.
