Andreas Roussos, Chief Executive Officer

Andreas is the Team Leader at Payroll Solutions Canada (PSC).  Andreas, brings a high level of expertise to the organization, as a result of his previous involvements in a number of high level positions. Andreas’ leadership keeps the Payroll Solutions Canada (PSC) team focused on new product development excellence and superior customer service offerings, which allows the Payroll Solutions Canada (PSC) Client interaction to be stress free. In his own words: “We need to allow our clients to maximize their profits by focusing on their offerings”.

Jennifer Cote, Chief Operating Officer

With over 35 years experience in Financial Accounting and Administration, Jennifer uses her accounting and payroll experience to assist team members to achieve superior customer service levels.  Jennifer works with clients to supply additional support services.

Joseph Ozi, Chief Financial Officer

Joe is responsible for financial management and treasury functions.  He brings with him 30 years of experience at two very large North American Financial Institutions, both as the Vice President  and Treasurer.

Michael Cote, Business Development Officer

Michael has a long career in Business Development, helping to build many successful organizations.  Michael leads the Marketing, Sales and New Product teams, driving the Company forward with new customers and new ideas.

Pamela Karr,  Administrative & Privacy Officer

Pam supervises our administrative processes.  She is responsible for new client set-up, client contact, client data base maintenance along with monitoring and policing the privacy and security issues.  Pam came to us with a background in administration along with a dash of high pace printing experience. 

Anna Froebe, HR Services Manager

Anna brings over 15 years of human resources management experience from the not-for-profit, municipal, manufacturing, retail/supply chain environment, and small businesses.  Anna welcomes the opportunity to assist Payroll Solutions Canada (PSC) clients in the areas of policy and procedure development and implementation, training and development, recruitment and selection, health and safety, employee and labour relations, and legislative compliance.
